1 lb ground beef, cooked/crumbled
3 cans diced tomatoes
1 can of pinto beans
1 can of kidney beans
1 can whole kernel corn
1 pkt taco seasoning
1 pkt ranch party dip

*Serving Suggestion: corn bread or 1 bag of corn chips scoops and sour cream

1. In large soup pot, combine all ingredients including liquids from cans.
2. Heat thoroughly; then simmer 20 minutes.
3. Garnish soup with sour cream and serve with corn chip scoops.

I like to get "no sodium added" canned beans and vegetables and add salt to taste.
