CRUST:
1 package less 2 graham crackers, crushed
1/4 cup melted butter
2 tablespoons sugar

FILLING:
2 8-ounce packages cream cheese
3 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla

TOPPING:
1 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Combine graham crackers, butter and sugar and press into bottom and up sides of spring form pan.

Filling: With electric mixer, beat cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Pour into crust. Bake at 250º for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and cool 5 minutes.

Topping: Combine sour cream, sugar and vanilla and spread over filling. Return to oven and bake an additional 10 minutes.

Top with cherry or blueberry pie filling or a chocolate glaze.
