1 deli roasted chicken, 3 cups meat pulled off
8 oz fettuccine noodles
1/2 cup pine nuts, toasted
16oz jar alfredo sauce

*Serving suggestion: roasted asparagus and warm french bread.

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400º.
2. Pull off meat from chicken bone and set aside.
3. Boil fettuccine in large saucepan; drain.
4. In same saucepan, toss fettuccine with chicken pieces, pine nuts, and alfredo sauce, heat through.
5. Spread asparagus on baking sheet (break off ends), Spray with cooking spray and sprinkle with kosher salt.
6. Bake asparagus for 10 minutes. Bake French loaf as directed.
