1 lb ground beef
1/2 onion, chopped
14 oz jar spaghetti sauce
8 oz shredded mozzarella
8 oz sour cream
1 can crescent rolls
2T melted butter
grated parmesan

*serving suggestions: garden salad and garlic bread

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. In large skillet, brown beef and onion, drain.
3. Add spaghetti sauce to meat and heat. Spread mixture in 9x9.
4. Mix together cheese and sour cream and spread over meat mixture.
5. Lay crescent triangles on top to form crust. Drizzle butter over top and sprinkle with parmesan.
6. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes.
