2 pints fresh berries
1 cup sugar (divided)
2 8-ounce packages cream cheese
3 tablespoons orange juice
3 cups heavy whipping cream, whipped
1 loaf pound cake, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
3 1-ounce squares semi-sweet chocolate, grated

Directions:

Toss berries with 1/2 cup sugar and set aside. In mixing bowl, mix cream cheese, orange juice and remaining sugar until smooth. Gently fold in whipped cream and set aside. Drain berries, reserving juice. Gently toss cake cubes with juice. Place half of the cake in a 4-quart trifle dish or serving bowl. Top with a third of the cream cheese mixture, half of the berries and half of the grated chocolate. Repeat layers. Top with remaining cream cheese mixture. Garnish with chocolate curls and additional berries if desired. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
