CAKE:
1 1/2 cups oil
3 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 cups finely peeled and chopped apples
1 cup chopped pecans

GLAZE:
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cake: Cream together oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Add flour, cinnamon, salt and baking soda. Fold in apples and pecans. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350º for 45-55 minutes.

Glaze: Mix together brown sugar, milk and butter. Cook 3 minutes, bringing to a boil. Pour glaze over hot cake. Let stand 2 hours before slicing.
