CAKE:
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
2 eggs
3 cups flour
3/4 cup cocoa
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 cup hot coffee
1 cup sour milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup chopped nuts

FILLING:
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips
8 ounces cream cheese
1 egg
1/2 cup flaked coconut
Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, mix all cake ingredients. In small bowl, beat together all filling ingredients. Grease and flour a bundt cake pan. Pour in half of the batter, then all the filling, then remainder of batter. Bake at 350º for 70-75 minutes.
