1/2 cup shortening
1 12 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup sour milk
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups finely chopped raw rhubarb
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and brown sugar. Add egg and salt. Stir in sour milk, soda, vanilla and 2 cups flour and mix well. Add rhubarb. Pour in 9x13" greased pan. Mix together sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over top of cake batter. Bake at 375º for 30-35 minutes.
