1 box white cake mix
2 egg whites
1 1/2 cups water
1 3-ounce package red jello
1 cup boiling water
1 cup cold water
Whipped Cream or Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake mix following package directions with egg whites and water. Pour into greased and lightly floured 9x13" pan and bake according to package directions. Cool 15 minutes. Prepare jello following package directions. With tines of fork, poke holes to bottom of cake at 1/2 inch intervals. Gently pour jello over cake. Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours before serving. Top each piece with dollop of whipped cream or cool whip just before serving.
