CAKE:
1 box white cake mix
1 1/4 cups water
1 tablespoon oil
4 eggs

FILLING:
1 can condensed milk
3/4 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup lime juice
1 teaspoon grated lime peel
4 drops yellow food coloring
1 drop green food color

FROSTING:
12 ounce can whipped vanilla frosting
2 teaspoons grated lime peel

Directions:
Directions:
Cake: Beat cake ingredients on low for 30 seconds, then on medium for 2 minutes. Spray bottom of 9x13" pan and bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. With handle of wooden spoon, poke holes almost to bottom of cake every half inch.

Filling: Stir together all ingredients and pour over cake, spreading evenly over surface. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Spread frosting over cake and sprinkle with lime peel.
