1 box chocolate cake mix
1/2 cup oil
1 4-ounce package instant chocolate pudding
4 large eggs, at room temperature
3/4 cup strong coffee
3/4 cup plus 3 tablespoons Kahlua
1 cup chocolate chips
3 tablespoons butter
Directions:
Directions:
Combine cake mix, oil, pudding, eggs, coffee and 3/4 cup Kahlua in large mixing bowl. Beat 4 minutes at medium speed. Pour into greased bundt pan and bake at 350º for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool on wire rack and remove from pan. When cake is cooled, melt chocolate chips, butter and remaining 3 tablespoons Kahlua and drizzle over cake.
