CAKE:
1 1/2 cups white sugar
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs (beaten)
2 cups fruit cocktail (do not drain)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup finely chopped nuts

ICING:
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup condensed milk
1 stick butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Cake: Mix white sugar, flour, soda, salt, eggs and cocktail by hand and pour into 9" square pan. Sprinkle batter with brown sugar and chopped nuts. Bake at 350º for 35-40 minutes.

Icing: Mix all ingredients except coconut in saucepan and boil for 1 minute. Add coconut and spread over warm cake.
