Thawed chicken pieces-4-5 breasts
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon accent
1 teaspoon onion salt
Dash garlic powder
1 Cup flour
2 Tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar and seasonings. Coat pieces of chicken with the sugar mixture. Refrigerate several hours. 1 hour before cooking dredge chicken in flour. Brown in butter and oil over low heat for about 40 minutes. Cover and cook about 20 minutes longer or until tender. Place chicken in towel paper lined baking pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes.
