4 large chicken breast
1 8 oz can sliced water chestnut1 cup chopped celery
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup mayonnaise (not miracle whip)
1 box stuffing mix
1/2 cut butter margarine melted

Directions:
Directions:
cook chicken until it is done, and cut into bite size pieces. Dice water chestnuts up. Mix all ingredients EXCEPT the stuffing mix and place in a lightly greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Mix the stuffing mix with 1/4 cup melted margarine. (Don't add water to the stuffing mix) Place stuffing on top of the chicken mixture. Bake at 350 for 35 to 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

The water chestnuts give a nice crunchy taste to this dish. Water Chestnuts can be found in the oriental section of the grocery store.
