FILLING:
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
2 tablespoons cornstarch
3 tablespoons peach jello
6 peaches
Red food coloring
Yellow food coloring

CRUST:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Mix flour, butter and powdered sugar together and press into 9" pie pan. Poke bottom and sides with fork. Bake at 350º for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.

Filling: Put sugar, water and cornstarch in medium saucepan and cook until clear and thick. Let it boil 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add jello, 2 drops yellow food coloring and 1 drop red food coloring. Let stand 1 minute. Slice peaches into crust and pour mixture over top. Chill.
