1 pkg. White Cake Mix
1 pkg. Strawberry Jello
3 Tbsp. Plain Flour
1 cup Vegetable Oil
½ cup Water
4 Eggs
1 cup Strawberries (puree or mash with a fork – save a good Tbsp. for icing.)
Icing:
½ stick margarine
½ box confectioners sugar
1 small pkg cream cheese

Directions:
Mix cake mix, Jello, and flour. Combine oil and water. Add 1 egg at a time alternating with mashed strawberries. Bake in 2 each round cake pans or 1 square pan. Bake according to cake mix instructions. It will not take very much strawberries, so put a little at a time. You will want the icing to be somewhat firm (not thin) but smooth. Cake is very good if refrigerated.
