1 lb crab meat
1 16 oz frozen chopped broccoli
3 tbsp butter or margerine
2 tbsp flour
2 chicken boullion cubes
2 cups half and half
2 cups milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1 medium onion



Directions:
Directions:
Thaw and further chop broccoli. Melt butter in 4 qt pot and add onion.. Saute until soft. Add flour and blend. Add milk and cream and slowly stir until mixture thickens. Add boullion cubes and let dissolve. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir in broccoli and cook on low heat a few minutes. Add crab meat last so it won't break up.
