1 cup of evaporated milk
1-8oz. cream cheese softened,
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp pepper
1(16 oz) frozen broccoli, cauliflower
and carrot mix,thawed.
2 cups pre-cooked chicken, cubed,
1 1/2 cup uncooked instant white rice
1/2 cup shredded mild cheese.

Preheat oven to 350 degree Grease 9x13 baking dish. Combine milk and cream cheese in baking dish, whisk until smooth. Add soup, water, garlic powder and pepper. Mix well. Add vegetables, chicken, rice and cover tightly with foil. Bake 35 min. Remove cover and top with cheese. Continue baking uncovered for 10-15 min. until cheese is melted and mixture is bubbly. Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
