1 qt. white vinegar
1/4 C. salt
1/2 tbsp. ground red pepper
1/2 tbsp red pepper flakes
1/4 C. firmly packed brown sugar

Combine all ingredients, mix well. Allow 4 hours before using for hot and spicy, add Texas Pete to tastes or double red pepper.

Chopped BBQ - mix in sauce at approx. 1 pint per 10 lbs before BBQ cools.
