1 pound of hamburger or bulk sausage meat
1 can original Rotel tomatoes
6 ounces sharp cheddar shredded cheese or 1 large block of Velveeta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat until done and drain grease.
Stir in Rotel tomatoes.
Add sharp shredded cheese or 1 large block of Velveeta cheese cut into small cubes.
Stir until cheese is melted.
Serve warm with dip size corn chips or corn chip dippers. You may keep dip hot in carafe pot or in small crock pot.
