BARS:
2 sticks butter
4 tablespoons cocoa
1 cup water
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon soda
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla

FROSTING:
1 stick butter
4 tablespoons cocoa
6 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 pound powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
BARS: Bring butter, cocoa and water to a boil. Pour over sugar and flour and mix well. Add buttermilk, soda, eggs and vanilla. Bake at 400º for 20 minutes.

FROSTING: Bring margarine, cocoa and milk to a boil in heavy saucepan. Add vanilla and powdered sugar and beat well. Spread on hot cake.
