2 cups artichoke hearts, drained
2 pkg. cream cheese
1/4 tsp. dill
Parmesan cheese (shredded)
1/4 cup milk and/or sour cream
a pinch of garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Chop the artichoke hearts into small pieces. Mix with cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, dill, and milk (if it's too chunky, add additional milk or sour cream to get it to a creamy consistency). Spread in a baking dish. Top with Parmesan cheese and bake at 325º until it starts to get a little bit crusty on the top. You can add salt if you like for flavor.
