2 packages onion and chive cream cheese (8 oz. each)
8 flour tortillas, 8-inch diameter
24 oz. smoked turkey breast slices
4 green onions, minced
8 oz. container diced pimentos, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Place 1 package of cream cheese in a bowl and microwave for 30-45 seconds to soften. Stir. Spread cream cheese over tortillas, covering entire surface. Layer turkey slices over cheese. Place remaining container of cream cheese in a bowl and microwave 30-45 seconds to soften. Add green onions and pimentos to the cream cheese and mix together. Spread over turkey layer. Roll up each tortilla jellyroll style. Place roll-ups, seam side down, in container. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. To serve, cut each roll-up crosswise into 1/2 inch slices to form pinwheels.
