3 c. berries and/or stone fruit such as peaches, nectarines, plums, or apricots
1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 T. plus 1 tsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
While the broiler heats, wash, pit, and slice fruit. Combine sour cream, 2 T. sugar and vanilla. Place fruit in 8x8 in. baking dish. Top with sour cream mixture. Sprinkle remaining 1 tsp. sugar over the top. Broil until the cream begins to brown (about 5 min.)
