Deep dish pie crust
3/4 c. Splenda
2 T. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. half and half
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin
1/3 c. light brown sugar
2 T. ginger
1/8 tsp. cloves
3 large eggs (lightly beaten)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Stir together pumpkin and next 7 ingredients until blended, pour into crust. Bake 50-60 minutes or until set in the center. Check by inserting toothpick in center until it comes out clean. Cool on wire rack, serve with sugar free cool whip.
