8 oz. ground beef
Dehydrated onion flakes
Salt and Pepper
1 c. tomato juice
1 T. chili powder
Water, as desired

Directions:
Directions:
Broil beef; remove to heavy cast iron skillet on top of stove. Add remaining ingredients and cook to desired consistency. Chopped peppers may be added. Serves one.
