2 C flour
2 tsp baking soda
2 C sugar
2 eggs
1 #2 can crushed pineapple-juice & all. (approx.15 oz can)
1/2 C pecan pieces

Icing:
8 oz cream cheese
1 stick oleo melted
1 lb. powered sugar

Directions:

Grease & flour large cookie sheet (17 1/2"x12")
Measure & set aside: flour & baking soda
Mix: (large bowl) sugar,eggs,crushed pineapple-juice
Add: flour & baking soda, then pecan pieces.
Spread evening on cookie sheet.
Bake @ 350º - 15 minutes
Watch: it burns quickly!

Icing:
Mix together all the ingredients until blended well. Spread evenly on cooled cake.
Cut in squares when icing has set.
