2 Tbsp. freshly chopped cilantro
1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. lime zest
1/4 cup lime juice
1/2 cup sour cream
1 clove garlic, smashed
1 Tbsp. honey
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
salt and pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Blend all of the ingredients except the olive oil until smooth. While the blender is running, slowly drizzle in the oil through the blender cap until mixed in. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with assorted veggies.
