16 oz pkg Quaker oats squares
3 T soy sauce
1-3oz can chow mein noodles
1 t garlic powder
1 c cashew or peanuts
1 t onion powder
1/3 c oil

Directions:
Directions:
Heat at 250. Combine oats, noodles, and cashews and put on sheet. Mix rest of ingredients, pour over cereal. Stir evenly. Bake 1 hour. Stir every 20 min. cool. Makes 10 cups.
