3-4 pound pork shoulder/butt (bone-in)
BBQ dry rub
1 bottle of BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cut fat from the pork shoulder/butt
Rub with BBQ seasoning dry rub (place in refrigerator overnight for more flavor)
Place pork in crockpot and cook 8-9 hours on low or 5-6 hours on high.
Remove from crockpot and shred with a fork. Add BBQ sauce and simmer on low another 30 min.
