2 cans of cream of chicken
1/2 cup mayo
2 10oz bags broccoli spears
1 can Durkee onions
4 whole chicken breasts
1/2 can chicken broth (optional)
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 cup bread crumbs
2 T butter or margarine
1/2 cup shredded cheddar (or the like)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. Cook chicken in broth and mayo in a skillet, let cool, then slice or chop.
3. Mix chicken, broccoli (Still frozen), cream of chicken, lemon juice, bread crumbs, butter and cheese in a 13x9 casserole dish.
4. Top with a layer of Durkee onions©, cover with foil and cook for 30 minutes.
5. Cool until heated through and bubbly, brown the top, take out and let set for a couple of minutes before serving.
