Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. seasoning salt
2 T. garlic salt
1 T. onion powder
1 1/2 tsp. celery salt (opt.)
1/4 c. Hungarian paprika
1 T. chili powder
1 T. black pepper
1 1/2 tsp. rubbed sage
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. cayenne
pinch of ground cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together and get ready for an awesome flavor, rubbed into your meat. Simply pat your meat dry and rub this seasoning into and on the meat. Let it sit for awhile if you can so the flavors soak in. Grill. We usually make this with chicken thighs (boneless, skinless, of course) and grill them!

Personal Notes:
This makes plenty, so start with a little and reserve the rest in an airtight container for another time. Great on chicken and beef! Also, I like to check the bulk seasoning section of our grocery store. Many times this is a savings!
