1 Pork Butt or Shoulder
1 c. vinegar
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. red pepper
1 T. Texas Pete
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c.. cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
Put meat in slow cooker. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Cook on Auto for 6 -8 hours.

This recipe is enough for 2 pork shoulders (3 -4 lbs). Take half recipe for one.
