1 1/2 - 2 lb. round steak or sirloin
2 T. ketchup
1 can beef bouillon
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. cooking wine

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up meat into bite-size pieces. Brown meat in oil. Add ketchup, bouillon and mushrooms. Place in 280º oven for 2 hours. Add soup. Cook 10 more minutes. Add sour cream and cook 10 more minutes. Add wine and cook for additional 30 minutes. Serve over hot cooked noodles.
