CAKE:
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine
1 c. sour cream
2 t. soda
6 T. cocoa
2 c. flour
1 c. boiling water
1 t. vanilla

FROSTING:
1 c. brown sugar
3 T. margarine
1/4 c. half and half
1 square unsweetened chocolate
1/2 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
For cake: mix all ingredients together in given order except boiling water and vanilla. When everything is well mixed, add boiling water and vanilla. Pour into 9" x 13" greased cake pan. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes or until done. Check by inserting toothpick in center. Cool and frost.
For frosting: Boil everything except vanilla over high heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add vanilla. Beat without cooking until consistency to spread on cake. Spread fast so it doesn't get hard.

Frosting: this is also good as a caramel frosting; just leave out the square of chocolate.
