2 c. flour
1 t. salt
1 c. shortening
1 small egg
1 t. vinegar
1/3 c. cold water
Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour and salt. Cut in shortening. Beat egg slightly, add vinegar and water (do not stir) and pour directly into flour mixture. Roll out two small pie crusts or one large.
