9" unbaked pie crust

PIE:
2 T. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 t. salt
1 c. sour cream
1 egg, beaten
1 t. vanilla
2 c. sliced peaches

CRUMBLE TOPPING:
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. butter
1/2 t. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar and salt. Beat in sour cream, egg and vanilla. Add peaches and pour into pie crust. Bake for 15 minutes in 400º oven. Reduce heat to 350º and bake for 30 minutes longer. Mix crumble topping together until it becomes a crumble mixture. Remove pie from oven and spread with crumb mixture and bake 10 minutes in 400º oven.
