3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. shortening
1 T. salt
1 egg
1 t. vinegar
5 1/2 T. water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, shortening and salt until crumbly. Add egg and vinegar. Add water slowly as you mix. Pastry will be soft. Rolls out better when slightly cold.
