Ingredients:
Ingredients:
6 oz. spaghetti
2 T. margarine
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
2 well beaten eggs
1 lb. hamburger (or more)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 - 8 oz. can tomatoes
1 - 6 oz. can tomato paste
1 t. sugar
1 t. oregano
1/2 t. garlic powder
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spaghetti; drain. Stir margarine in hot spaghetti. Stir in Parmesan cheese and beaten eggs. Form spaghetti mixture into a crust, covering the bottom of a buttered pie or cake pan. Cook ground beef and onion; drain. (I add beef bouillon granules or cube for added flavor). Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, oregano and garlic powder. Heat through.
Spread cottage cheese over spaghetti crust. Fill pie with tomato mixture and make sure all the spaghetti mixture is covered. Bake uncovered in a 250º oven for 20 minutes. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Let stand a few minutes before serving. (This can be prepared and frozen. It will take about an additional 20 minutes baking time).
