6 slices smoked cured ham
½ cup hot water
½ cup brewed coffee

Directions:
Directions:
Fry ham; remove meat from skillet and reserve drippings.
Heat drippings in skillet to smoking hot.
Combine coffee and water, and pour into skillet with ham drippings.
Stir for one minute.
Serve hot over ham, or milk gravy
Hot biscuits are a must with this too!
