3 cups molasses
1 cup butter
1 cup buttermilk
4 eggs
2 tablespoons ginger
7 cups self rising flour

Directions:
Directions:
Stir butter, sugar, molasses, and ginger together, then the milk and eggs (well beaten), then the flour.
Bake at 350 until bread springs back when touched.
