1 package (8oz) cream cheese, soften
1 Cup sugar
¾ cup butter or margarine
½ teaspoon vanilla
2 ¼ cup flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
Sifted powdered sugar
Miniature peanut butter cups (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
MIX cream cheese, sugar, butter and vanilla with electric mixer on medium until smooth. Add flour and baking soda; mix well.
SHAPE dough into equal number of ½ inch and 1 inch balls. Using 1 of each for a snowman, place on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly so that the ball over lap.
BAKE at 325º for 19 – 21 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on rack. Sprinkle each snowman with powdered sugar. Decorate as desired.
