1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 t. salt
1 t. vanilla
1 1/2 c. diced rhubarb
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2/3 c. vegetable oil
1 c. sour cream
1 t. soda
2 1/2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into two greased bread pans. Top with 1/2 c. sugar mixed with 1 tablespoon butter. Bake about 1 hour in 350º oven.
