4 - 10 oz. strip loin steaks
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
1 t. salt
1/2 t. black pepper
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
8 t. parsley, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Coat strips with Dijon mustard. Sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper. Sprinkle each side of steaks with 1 T. of grated Parmesan cheese (may need to pat down cheese to make it stick to mustard). Sprinkle each side of steaks with 1 t. parsley. Steaks can be grilled, broiled or pan-sautéed to desired doneness.
