3 eggs
1/4 cup water, lukewarm
5 cups all-purpose flour
1 oz yeast, use 1 whole pkg
1 1/2 cups 1% low-fat milk
1/8 tsp table salt
1/4 tsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Dissolve yeast into the lukewarm water.
2. In large bowl, beat eggs well. Add milk and the dissolved yeast. Add 2 c. of the flour, mix until well combined.
3. Add remaining flour and blend well with wooden spoon. Turn out on floured board and knead till smooth and elastic.
4. Shape into an oblong roll and cut into 14 pieces. Knead each piece well and form into ball. Let rise on counter for 15-20 minutes.
5. Drop into boiling water, stir when they com to the top, cover and cook on medium-low heat for 12 minutes. DO NOT OPEN LID!
6. Using a slotted spoon, remove dumplings to cookie sheet covered with paper towels and cut in half.
