4 - 5 lb. boneless brisket
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
Garlic powder
Pepper
Worchestershire sauce
Burgundy wine

Directions:
Directions:
Place onion soup mix on large pieces of heavy foil. Rub both sides of meat with garlic powder, pepper and Worchestershire sauce. Pour wine on both sides of beef. Seal foil, place in baking dish, and roast at 300º for about six hours. Serve hot.
