8 oz. Sour Cream
1 Can Cream Corn
1 Can Corn (undrained)
1/4 c. Butter (melted)
1 bx. Jiffy Cornbread Mix
1 Egg (beaten)
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 6 ingredients and pour into 9x13 casserole dish and top with cheese.
Bake at 350º for 20-30 mins. or until not soupy.
