1 c. Texas Pete's hot sauce
1 c. liquid smoke
2 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 gal spicy brown mustard
4 c. dark karo syrup
4 c. apple cider vinegar
4 T. black pepper
4 T. red pepper
2 T. dry mustard
2 T. white pepper
1 handful yellow onion, chopped
4 gal. (large metal cans) ketchup

Recipe is for a lot of bbq sauce, so reduce accordingly.
