3 Cups sugar
1/3 c. butter (or margarine)
1 c. sweetened condensed milk
1 jar (6-8 oz.) marshmallow creme
1 (12 oz.)pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. pecans (chopped) (optional)
1 tsp. vanilla (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In heavy saucepan, heat slowly to boiling , stir frequently. when mixture boils (so boiling can not be stopped by stirring) time for 4 minutes; stirring constantly. Remove from heat, stir in chocolate chips and nuts and vanilla. Pour into buttered 9X9
pan. Cool.
