Ingredients:  
1 (5-6 lb) whole chicken
1 lb spaghetti
3 T melted butter
3 or 4 ribs of celery (chopped)
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1 c evaporated milk
1 1/2 lb cheddar cheese (grated)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 large bell peppers (chopped)
1 small jar pimentos (chopped)
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken until tender or pressure cook chicken
reserve broth. Take meat from bone and cut meat into small pieces. cook spaghetti in chicken broth until done. In pan melt butter and saute celery and bell pepper. add to spaghetti. also add, chicken, mushrooms, pimentos, mushroom soup, evaporated milk, salt, and pepper. mix well.
then place in 9 X 13 baking dish. Bake at 350º
in oven until bubbly.

I also cook whole chicken in a pressure cooker and then debone and us meat
can be made one day ahead of time to be served.
